ABOUT ALEXANDRA

Alexandra believes in helping others effectively communicate. Research shows that parents (caretakers) are the most consistent models in their children’s lives and have the ability to help significantly with speech/language development and pediatric feeding.

PHILOSOPHY

Alexandra will work with you to provide strategies and at-home activities to develop your child’s speech/language skills, or as a support to help guide you through any communication questions or concerns you may have. Alexandra helps healthcare workers identify speech/language concerns and skills in young patients. Alexandra specializes in working with toddler and preschool language development and provides advice and home practice for caregivers to children of all ages. She is trained in AEIOU, an evidence-based, integrated pediatric feeding approach that focuses on acceptance, exposure, independence, observation and understanding through family relationships, authentic connections and child autonomy.

 SERVICES

THIS MAY BE THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU IF:

  • You’re on a long waitlist - you called Early Intervention or a clinic, but the wait for an evaluation is too far away; you want a personalized roadmap and practical tools you can start using today

  • Your child is “in the middle” - your instinct tells you something may be concerning but your child didn’t qualify for state or school-based services; you still want guidance on how to give support

  • You want proactive clarity - you just want to make sure your child is on track with early communication/feeding skills and you’d prefer a 1:1 strategy session to help guide you

  • You already qualify for therapy - your child has an established delay, but you want a custom home-routine guide and deeper parent coaching

  • You’re a parent/caregiver, healthcare worker or educator looking for speech/language or feeding support via Zoom, phone, email and in-person

“The way we communicate with others… ultimately determines the quality of our lives.”
